How to request a refund

Email us at support@garumor.com with your order number. If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions in our reply. Items should be returned in acceptable condition.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@garumor.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
